God Crew Inc. - Terms and Conditions for Clients
1. Introduction
Welcome to God Crew Inc. ("we," "our," "us"). By accessing our platform and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
We provide a platform that connects individuals or entities ("Clients") with independent contractors ("Cleaners") who offer crime scene cleanup services. We are a facilitator and do not provide the cleanup services directly.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding the cleanup site, including but not limited to the type of crime scene, location, and any specific requirements.
- Legal Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the request for cleanup services complies with all local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations.
- Access and Safety: Clients must ensure that the Cleaners have safe and unrestricted access to the site. Any hazards or unsafe conditions must be communicated clearly to the Cleaners in advance.
4. Booking and Payment
- Booking: Clients may request services through our platform by providing the necessary details. Once a Cleaner accepts the request, the booking is confirmed.
- Pricing: The cost of services will be displayed at the time of booking. Clients agree to pay the full amount as indicated. Prices may vary based on factors such as the nature of the scene, location, time required, and other factors.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway. Clients agree to the terms and conditions of the payment processor and understand that we are not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel a booking within a specified timeframe 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made after this period will incur a minimum fee of 10% of the scheduled job. Cancellations made 1 hour prior to start of the service will incur a 20% fee. Cancellation made within 1 hour of the start of service will incur a 30% fee.
- Cancellation by Cleaner: In rare cases, a Cleaner may need to cancel a booking. We will attempt to match the Client with another Cleaner, but availability is not guaranteed.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to our discretion and will only be issued in cases where the service was not performed or was performed unsatisfactorily. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made outside the specified timeframe.
6. Limitation of Liability
- No Warranties: We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or timeliness of the services provided by the Cleaners. All services are provided "as is."
- Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the services provided by the Cleaners.
- Liability Cap: Our liability to the Client, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our platform and services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our platform, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
