What kinds of situations can you handle?

Homicide, suicide, unattended (natural) death, accident scenes, blood spills, animal or human feces, and rodent/bird infestations—basically any scene that involves bio-hazardous material.

How do credits work, and can I get more if I run out?

Each job uses a certain number of credits based on size and complexity. The credits included in your subscription cover minimum-sized jobs. For larger jobs you need more credits. If you run out of credits, you can purchase additional credits at any time.

Are subscriptions limited to one location?

Yes, subscriptions are limited to a single household.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

If you have already requested a job, you will not receive any refund upon cancellation. If no job was requested, you will receive a refund for the remaining days of your subscription.

What happens to my credits if I upgrade my subscription after requesting a job?

If you've already requested a job and then upgrade, you will pay the full amount for the new plan. The remaining credits from your previous subscription will be added to your new plan.

What happens if I upgrade my subscription without using any services?

If no job was requested, the unused portion of your previous subscription will be refunded upon upgrade. However, no credits from the old plan will be added to your new subscription.

Can I request a one-time service for any location?

Yes, one-time services are not limited to a single household.

What happens when I have used all the jobs included in my subscription plan?

Once you've used all the included jobs in your subscription plan, you can continue to request cleanups as one-time services, which are billed separately, until your subscription renews.

Do my credits reset when my subscription is renewed?

Yes, when your subscription renews, your credits are reset based on your plan tier. Any unused credits from the previous subscription period do not carry over.

How do I get a pricing?

How does payment work for one-time service?

We support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A hold is placed 24 hours before the requested time and completed after the work is done.

Will the cleaners be discreet?

Crews arrive in unmarked vehicles and plain clothing (PPE goes on inside).

What certifications do workers hold?

OSHA Blood-borne Pathogens, WHMIS (Canada), National Trauma & Crime Scene.

Do the workers have safety clearance?

Yes—all workers pass a criminal background security check before accepting jobs.

Can you salvage personal items?

We separate soft goods, paperwork, and valuables. Items that can't be fully decontaminated are photographed for insurance and disposed only with your consent.

How long does cleanup take?

Average apartment bedroom: 2–4 hours.

What if structural repairs are needed?

Affected area carpet / hardwood / laminate flooring or drywall removal is included. For major rebuilds, we can refer partner contractors or you can use your own.

Is there any guarantee?

We guarantee the scene meets health-department standards and passes an ATP swab test (< 10 RLU) or we re-clean for free.

Can I cancel?

Free within 30 minutes of booking; 50% refund if crew is en route; no refund once work has begun.

How do I prepare the site before you arrive?

Nothing, other than keeping pets and bystanders away. Do not move anything yourself—DIY attempts can spread contamination.

Will law enforcement need to finish first?

If it's an active investigation, police must release the scene.
